الملخص

في ظل تطور الذكاء الاصطناعي في جميع المجالات أصبح من الواجب على قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية مواكبة هذا التطور وتطوير أنظمتها باستخدام مختلف تقنياته، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مختلف استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية، وكيف تساهم في تطوير هذا القطاع وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، فالتغيرات والتطورات التي حققها الذكاء الاصطناعي جعل استخدامه ضرورة حتمية وأمرا مهما لأداء المهام والوظائف بهذا القطاع، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، أبرزها أن استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي تلعب دورا حيويا في قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية، فهي تساعد على اكتشاف الغش، والعديد من المكاسب التي تساهم في تطوير هذا القطاع وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. In light of the development of artificial intelligence in all fields, the construction and public works sector must keep pace with this progress and develop its systems using various AI technologies. This study aims to identify the diverse applications of artificial intelligence in the construction and public works sector and how they contribute to advancing this sector and achieving economic development. The changes and advancements brought about by artificial intelligence have made its use an inevitable necessity and a critical factor for performing tasks and functions within this sector. This study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations, most notably that AI applications play a vital role in the construction and public works sector. They help detect fraud and provide numerous benefits that contribute to the sector’s development and the realization of economic growth.
