الملخص
باعتبار الإنترنت مظهر من مظاهر تطور العصر الحديث، فقد تم تناقل المعلومات بين الأشخاص عن طريق التوقيع الالكتروني، لذلك بات من الضروري إيجاد حماية مدنية له، وعلى هذا الأساس يمكن حمايته باعتباره علامة تمثل موقعه، فقد أشارت جل التشريعات على غرار المشرع الجزائري إلى أشكال حمايته وذلك عن طريق حماية المستهلك بالدرجة الأولى باعتباره المستفيد الأساسي منه، إضافة إلى الاعتراف به في القانون رقم 15/04 والقوانين المقارنة، وكذا تدعيمه بالتشفير. Abstract: Considering that the Internet is a manifestation of the development of the modern era, information has been transferred between people through electronic signatures, so it has become necessary to find civil protection for it, and on this basis it can be protected as a mark that represents its member, Most legislation, in addition to the Algerian legislature, has indicated forms of protection, primarily by protecting the consumer as its primary beneficiary, in addition to recognizing it in comparative laws and encrypting it.
