الملخص

يتناول هذا المقال أهم تطورات العلوم الطبية والبيولوجية الحيوية الحديثة والمتمثلة في الجينوم البشري كمشروع يهتم بدراسة المادة الوراثية الموجودة في جسم الإنسان ،وذلك من اجل تحقيق رغبة البيولوجيين في فهم القاعدة الأساسية لعلم الوراثة ،لذلك قامت بعض الدول الكبرى بوضع برنامج بحث دولي تعاوني لدراسة الجينوم البشري كمشروع ضخم تتنافس فيه الشركات الخاصة أمام الشركات الحكومية ،لتحديد سلسلة الجينوم البشري والقدرة على رسم الخارطة الجينية بهدف السيطرة على الأمراض الوراثية الخطيرة عن طريق استئصال الجين المسبب للمرض أو العمل على إنتاج أطفال أذكياء من خلال التعديل الجيني ،وغيرها من الأهداف التي دعت بالضرورة إلى الاستنجاد بآراء فقهاء الشريعة الإسلامية لتقوم بوضع قواعد تضبط أهداف مشروع الجينوم البشري من خلال الحفاظ على حرمة الجسد البشري والكرامة الإنسانية خوفا من غزو التقنية على إنسانية الإنسان ،مع العمل على الأخذ بايجابياته التي تقودنا إلى رؤية غير مسبوقة للجسم البشري من خلال الرعاية الصحية. : Summary This article discusses the most important experiments in medical and biological sciences represented in the human genome, as a project concerned with studying the genetic material present in the human body, this is in order to achieve the desire of biologists to understand the . basic rule of genetics Therefore, it studied some major countries for a cooperative cooperation program, in order to study the human genome, it is a huge project in which private companies compete with government companies, to determine the human genome sequence and the ability to draw a genetic map with the aim of controlling serious genetic diseases by eradicating the gene that causes the disease or working to produce smart children .through genetic modification, and other goals That necessarily called for seeking help from the opinions of "Islamic Sharia" jurists in order to establish rules that govern the goals of the Human Genome Project, by preserving the sanctity of the human body and human dignity for fear of the invasion of technology on human .humanity While working to take into account its positive aspects, which leads us to an unprecedented vision of the human body through health care.
