تحليل مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الطبيبات والممرضات

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى عينة مكونة من (68) طبيبة وممرضة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية د-ترشين إبراهيم بمدينة غرداية، وكذا الفروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية بالإيعاز لمتغيري دورية العمل ونوع الوظيفة، في حين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لدراسة، ومقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل 18 بند ل ليونارد، ر. ديروجيتس لتحقق من أهداف الدراسة وجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss v23 و المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ واختبار ت للعينات المستقلة t-test واختبار التباين الأحادي (ANOVA). وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة بأن مستوى الصحة النفسية لطبيبات والممرضات مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي 19.97، وأنه لا توجد فروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية بين الطبيبات والممرضات وبالإيعاز لمتغير الأقدمية. The study aimed to know the level of mental health among a sample of (68) female doctors and nurses at the hospital institution Dr. Tershin Ibrahim in the city of Ghardaia, as well as the differences in the level of mental health based on the variables of work periodicity and type of job, while the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the study, and the modified mental health scale. 18 items for Leonard, R. To verify the objectives of the study and collect information, and to answer the study’s questions, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS program and some statistical methods were used. The results showed that the level of mental health among female doctors and nurses is high, with a mean of 19.97, and that there are no differences in the level of mental health between female doctors and nurses based on the seniority variable
