Abstract

الملخص : تتناول هذه الدراسة تأثير التجارة الإلكترونية على قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية، من خلال دراسة حالة شركة أمازون. وتُعد أمازون نموذجًا رائدًا في توظيف الابتكارات التكنولوجية لتحسين كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية وخدمات النقل، من خلال استخدام الطائرات المسيّرة وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على العلاقة المتبادلة بين التجارة الإلكترونية والخدمات اللوجستية، مع تحليل التحديات المرتبطة بالتكاليف البيئية والتنظيمية. كما تستعرض الدراسة أبرز الابتكارات والفرص الناشئة عن تطور التجارة الإلكترونية، وتناقش الدروس المستفادة من تجربة أمازون والتي يمكن تطبيقها في أسواق مختلفة. Abstract: This study examines the impact of e-commerce on the transport and logistics sector through a case study of Amazon. Amazon serves as a pioneering example in leveraging technological innovations to enhance the efficiency of logistics and transport operations, such as drones and artificial intelligence. The study highlights the relationship between e-commerce and logistics services, analyzing challenges such as environmental and regulatory costs. Additionally, it explores the innovations and opportunities arising from e-commerce and the lessons learned from Amazon's experience that can be applied to different markets.
