تقنين حوار الحضارات - Legalizing The Dialogue Of Civilizations

الملخص

أبرزت الأحداث المتلاحقة على المستوى الدولي أهمية حور لحضارات، لينتقل من مجرّد فكرة في مقابل صدام الحضارات إلى مشروع تبنته المجموعة الدولية عبر مختلف المؤتمرات والتوصيات؛ نظرا للأهمية الّتي يُمثّلها في تجسير العلاقات بين الحضارات المختلفة واعتباره سبيلا لحل الخلافات لا سيما المرتبطة بما يهم الحضارة الإنسانية ككل أو ما يرتبط بحقوق شعوب معيّنة في موروثها الحضاري؛ فقد تبنّت هيئة الأمم المتّحدة حوار لحضارات منذ 2001 ورافقتها في ذلك منظمات إقليمية مثل جامعة الدّول العربية ومنظّمة الفرنكفونية Successive events at the international level have highlighted the importance of the dialogue among civilisations, to move from just an idea against the clash of civilisations to a project adopted by the international community through various conferences and recommendations; given the importance it represents in bridging relations between different civilisations and considering it as a way to resolve disagreements, especially those related to what concerns human civilisation as a whole or the rights of certain peoples to their cultural heritage; the United Nations has adopted a dialogue of civilisations since 2001, accompanied by regional organisations such as the League of Arab States and the Organisation of la Francophonie
