التربية الريادية في ضوء قرار 1275 وتغيير الصورة النمطية عن البحث العلمي في المجال الزراعي -من مذكرات في رفوف المكتبات الى مشاريع رائدة -

الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تقصي مضامين التربية الريادية ضمن قرار 1275 (مذكرة تخرج مؤسسة ناشئة ) ومساهمته في تغيير الصورة النمطية عن البحث العلمي في المجال الزراعي وإعادة انتاج مفهوم الطالب رائد الاعمال ،وسنتناول مفهوم التربية الريادية وأهميتها ومتطلباتها ،البحث العلمي تعريفه أهميته والكشف عن اسهامات البحث العلمي في دعم ريادة الاعمال في المجال الزراعي وفي الأخير نحاول عرض نماذج مشاريع مؤسسات ناشئة في مجال الزراعة . من أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة : -أن تضمين التربية الريادية ضمن قرار 1275 اعداد مدكرة تخرج مؤسسة ناشئة في تغيير اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل الحر -ساهم القرار في غرس المهارات الاجتماعية والاتصالية والمعرفية في الابتكار حلول لمشكلات في مجالات متعددة و بالأخص المجال الزراعي -سمح بتغيير الصورة النمطية حول بحوث مذكرات التخرج وتحويلها الى مشاريع رائدة في مجال الزراعة This paper aims to investigate the integration of entrepreneurial education within the framework of Decision 1275 (Startup Graduation Project) and its role in reshaping the traditional perception of scientific research in the agricultural sector. It seeks to demonstrate how this shift contributes to redefining the student's role as an entrepreneur, turning academic work from mere graduation theses stored on library shelves into impactful and innovative agricultural projects. The paper explores key concepts such as entrepreneurial education—its definition, importance, and requirements—and the nature of scientific research and its contributions to agricultural entrepreneurship. Special emphasis is placed on how research can generate practical, sustainable solutions in agriculture. In the final section, we present selected examples of startup projects in the agricultural field, illustrating how students have applied their academic knowledge to create real-world ventures.key findings include. -Integrating entrepreneurial education into Decision 1275 has significantly influenced students’ attitudes toward entrepreneurship and self- employment. - The decision has cultivated essential skills—social, communicative, and cognitive that support innovation and problem-solving, especially in agriculture -The initiative has helped transform the image of graduation projects-, repositioning them as viable, forward-looking startup initiatives in the agricultural domain.
