الملخص
يمثل فقه البيوع ومتعلقاته من أهم القضايا في المعاملات الاقتصادية والتجارية حيث اهتم به الفقهاء باعتباره قضية فقهية تتعلق بالمعاملات وتنظيم شؤون المجتمع ،ولعل أهم ما كتب في هذا الصنف شرح أبي عبد الله الخرشي ومنه برع التلمسانيون في المواصلة على شرحه مثل ابن عبد الرحمن التلمساني. The jurisprudence of sales and its related matters represents one of the most important issues in economic and commercial transactions, as jurists have paid attention to it as a jurisprudential issue related to transactions and the organization of societal affairs. Perhaps the most important thing written in this category is the commentary of Abū- ʿĀbdellāh Al-H̱ūrāšī, from which the Tlemcenians excelled in continuing to explain it, such as Ibn ʿĀbd el-Rāḥmān Al-Tīlīmsānī.
