وجه أهل تلمسان في العهد الزياني اهتمامهم بالعلوم الدينية واليت كانت تمكن صاحبها من الحصول على وظائف مهمة كالقضاء والديوان والتدريس والإمامة وغيرها من المناصب التي كان يتهافت عليها العلماء . ومن أقسام العلوم الدينية المتناولة بتلمسان الزيانية القراءات والتفسير والحديث والفقه ... During the Zianid era, the scholars of Tlemcen focused their attention on religious sciences, which enabled their possessors to obtain important positions such as judgeship, office, teaching, imama prying, and other positions coveted by scholars. Among the religious sciences studied in Zianid Tlemcen were the readings of the Quran, interpretation of the Quran, hadith, jurisprudence, and others.
