نعالج في هذا الموضوع الموسوم بـ: " اضطهاد الموحدين لفقهاء المالكية – الدوافع والخلفيات – الأسباب الظاهرة والأسباب الخفية التي دفعت بالموحدين إلى التضييق على المذهب المالكي واضطهاد فقهائه، مع تسليط الضوء على شخصية المهدي بن تومرت واضع مذهب الموحدين، وعلى الخطوط العريضة لهذا المذهب؛ وكذا مكانة فقهاء المالكية في دولة المرابطين. We will discuss in this subject entitled "The persecution of the Malikite scholars by the Almohads - the causes and the origins - Apparent and hidden motives which made the Almohads to exercise restrictions vis-à-vis the Malikites and their scholars, while putting the light on the personality of El-Mehdi Ibn Tumert designer of the Almohad doctrine as well as the main lines of this doctrine, and the places occupied by the Malikite scholars among the Almoravids.
