مشروع السياسة الكونية عند هابرماس Habermas's Global Politics Project

الملخص
إن الحديث عن تأسيس مشروع مجتمع تواصلي كوني في شكل محور أساسي في فلسفة يورغن هابرماس لاسيما في المجال السياسي، هذا الاهتمام يدخل في حيز المجتمعات التي تعيش مرحلة متقدمة من التطور ويقصد بذلك المجتمعات الغربية الأوروبية التي أوصلتها الحداثة إلى التقدم مؤمنة بمدى قدرة العقل في تحرير الإنسان من جميع السلطات ومن الطبيعة التي أصبحت تمثل الأساس له في تحويل علاقته بالطبيعة وعلاقة الإنسان بالإنسان، هذا ما يظهر عقلنه المجتمع وخلق هذه العقلنة إرادة سياسية تسعى إلى توسيع مجال السيطرة.هذا ما شجع هابرماس إلى سياسة مجتمع كوني يضم كل الفئات من مختلف الأجناس تحت ما يسميه بمجتمع واحد قائم على مبدأ التواصل المرتكز على سياسة الشرعية في العيش معا والاحترام المتبادل، لنقل الدولة التي عمل جاهدا على التنظير لها، نظاما سياسيا محددا قيما سياسية و اجتماعية وثقافية هذه القيم نتجت عن فعل التواصل وأفرزتها العقلانية القائمة على اللغة. كلمات مفتاحية: المجتمع، التواصل، العقلانية، الكونية، الحداثة Abstract : The discussion of establishing a global communicative society project is a fundamental axis in Jürgen Habermas's philosophy, especially in the political sphere. This interest falls within the scope of societies that are living in an advanced stage of development, meaning Western European societies that have been brought to progress by modernity, believing in the extent of reason's ability to liberate man from all authorities and from nature, which has become the basis for transforming his relationship with nature and the relationship of man with man. This is what shows the rationalization of society, and this rationalization created a political will that seeks to expand the scope of control. This is what encouraged Habermas to adopt a policy of a global society that includes all groups of different races under what he calls a single society based on the principle of communication, which is based on the policy of legitimacy in living together and mutual respect, to convey the state that he worked hard to theorize, a political system that defines political, social, and cultural values. These values resulted from the act of communication and were produced by rationality based on language. Keywords: society, communication, rationality, universality, modernity
