الملخص
يدور هذا المقال حول إبراز مساوئ السجون على ميزانية الدولة وعلى السجين وأسرته، وما يترتب على هذا من مشاكل مختلفة على المجتمع، وهذا ما أدى ضرورة التفكير في بدائل عقوبة السَجن من حيث إيجابياتها وسهولة العمل بها، وأهم معوقات تطبيقها التطبيق الأمثل، الذي يزيد من تفعيلها في إصلاح وتأهيل الجنات، وردعهم عن ارتكاب الجرائم. This article focuses on the disadvantages of prisons on the state budget, and also on the prisoner and his family, And provoking deferential social problems, This has led to the need to think about the Alternative punishments in positive terms and easy to perform. And the most important obstacles to their application, All this to increase the effectiveness of Alternative punishments in the rehabilitation of Convicts, and prevent them from committing crimes.
