الملخص
يعتبر امتلاك السلاح النووي ركيزة أساسية ومكونا هاما للعقيدة الأمنية والإستراتيجية للكيان الصهيوني، فهذا الأخير سخر كل جهوده لبناء وتطوير برنامجه النووي لتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف على رأسها ضمان تفوقه على الدول العربية سياسيا وعسكريا، وهذا من خلال احتكار أداة هامة لردع العرب نوويا بغية الضغط عليهم ومساومتهم، و لعل هذا ما ستحاول هذه الدراسة كشفه من خلال بيان أهم المتغيرات التي أدت إلى نشأة وتطوير البرنامج النووي للكيان الصهيوني ، وكذا تحديد مختلف الدوافع التي قادت الكيان الصهيوني إلى بناء ترسانة نووية ضخمة ، والتي تمثل على الإطلاق أكبر تهديد للأمن القومي العربي. The possession of nuclear weapons is fundamental for the strategic and security doctrine of the Israeli entity. The latter made every effort to build and develop its nuclear program so that to achieve a set of goals, of which primarily is to guarantee the political and military superiority of Tel Aviv over the Arab countries. This is done through the monopolization of that important and deterring tool in order to exercise pressure over them. This study attempts to uncover the most important variables heading towards the rise and the development of the Israeli nuclear program, as well as to identify the various motives that led Israel to build a huge nuclear arsenal which constitutes the biggest threat to the Arab national security.
