Authors : Refice Zoubeyr .

Abstract

The objective of the research was to evaluate the quality of life of and physical education teachers and consider the types of variations in quality of life on the basis of factors such as professional experience and educational stage. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted a descriptive methodology, utilizing the Quality of Life Scale "WHOQOL Bred" on a sample of 155 teachers, selected through a simple random sampling method. The study reached the following conclusions: -Teachers have very high levels of life satisfaction. -The educational stage variable does not appear to be associated with differences in the teachers' quality of life. - Professional experience variable is not discovered to be connected with differences in teachers' quality of life. Accordingly, the researcher recommends the following: - Ensuring that appropriate conditions are provided for physical education and sports teachers to facilitate the teaching process effectively, which would positively reflect on students' academic achievement and overall development. - To achieve the intended holistic physical, psychological, and social development of students, middle and secondary educational stages should better coordinate their physical education and sports programs, particularly with regard to the targeted skills in various sports activities. - By holding conferences, workshops, and academic sessions that are specifically focused on sports at educational institutions and how to promote them, we can leverage the experience of seasoned teachers.
