الملخص
كان المشروع الاستعماري الفرنسي في الجزائر مبني على فكرة إبادة الشعب الجزائري والاستيلاء على خيرته بشتى السبل والوسائل, وتنفيذاً لهذا المشروع الدموي, انتهجت قوات الاحتلال الفرنسية سياسة الحرب الشاملة, والابادة الكاملة للشعب الجزائري, وغدت تلك السياسة نهجاً ثابتاً تقوم افعلها على اساسه ومن غير رادع, وهذه السياسة والممارسات الوحشية التي مورست ضد الجزائريين استمرت على النمط نفسه وعلى الأهداف ذاتها حتى خروج اخر جندي فرنسي من الجزائر. عملت السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية على تضليل الرأي العام العالمي, بما في ذلك الرأي العام الفرنسي نفسه, من خلال اخفاء الجرائم التي كانت ترتكبها قواتها ضد ابناء الشعب الجزائري واعطاء الشرعية بتلك الجرائم من خلال تشريع القوانين الا نسانية, ولاسيما اثناء سنوات الثورة التحررية، ولكنها وبرغم كل الجهود التي بذلتها في سبل ذلك لم تنجح , لأنها وجدت إعلاماً مضاداً لها عمل على كشف الجرائم التي كانت تقوم بها قوات الاحتلال الفرنسية في الجزائر, وكان الاعلام الجزائري الاداة التي كشفت مايحدث من جرائم وغيرت الكثير من المواقف التي كانت تنطلي عليهم الدعاية الفرنسية .
