أهمية اختيار إستراتيجية التدريس والطرائق النشطة للتعلم

الملخص
يعتبر المتعلم محور العملية التّعليمية التّعلمية، وأصبح التّعليم يرتكز على جعله مصدرا للتعلّم الذّاتي، باعتبار هدف المدرسة اليوم هو الوصول بالتلميذ إلى تجويد التفكير وتعميق التفكير النقدي البناء، حتى يستطيع هؤلاء القدرة على مسايرة التطورات المعرفية والتكنولوجية التي أضحت تغزو جميع المجالات العلمية والعملية، والتي تستوجب التفكير والذكاء والفطنة، وأهم من ذلك ما تفرزه يستقطب جميع فئات الأعمار، مما ينم عن أهمية تكوين وإعداد أفراد متعلمين قادرين على مسايرة مختلف هذه التغييرات والعولمة، مما يجعل المعلم في الوقت الراهن تقع عليه مسئولية اتخاذ استراتيجيات تعليمية تتلاءم مع معطيات التدريس المعمول بها حاليا، ويجب أن تتناسب مع متطلبات المتعلم ومراعاة الفروق الفردية، في إطار إكسابه المهارات الحياة الأساسية التي تساهم في تكوين شخصيته، للوصول به إلى اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة، وينجر عن ذلك أن عملية التدريس تتطلب ككفاءة وقدرة ومهارة المعلم على اتخاذ استراتيجية تعليمية وطريقة نشطة وفعالة لإيصال المعلومات والمعارف، وتمكينه من بلورة التفكير والقدرة على تطبيقها والإبداع والابتكار. Abstract: The learner is considered the center of the teaching-learning process, and education has become based on making it a source of self-learning, as the goal of the school today is to reach the student to improve thinking and deepen critical and constructive thinking, so that they are able to keep pace with the cognitive and technological developments that have become invading all scientific and practical fields, which require thinking, intelligence and intelligence, and more importantly what they produce attracts all age groups, which indicates the importance of forming and preparing educated individuals capable of keeping pace with these various changes and globalization, which makes the teacher at the present time responsible for adopting educational strategies that are consistent with the current teaching data, which must be commensurate with the requirements of the learner and take into account the individual differences.
