الملخص

تعني الجنسانية مجموع التقنيات التي تدار بها الحياة الجنسية، والتي يتحدد من خلالها نظام المعرفة أو نظام الحقيقة الذي كان سائداً في المجتمع الغربي، وما كان يميزه من خصوصيات مرتبطة بالنظام السلطوي وطبيعة قوانينه وأحكامه. تعرف علاقة الجنس بالمعرفة تنوعا واختلافا في منطوق الجنسانية عند فوكو، ويظهر هد بشكل جلي في الحقب المعرفية، وبمدى تطور العلاقات الجنسية والاهتمام بها، فما كان سائد في القرن السابع عشر ليس ما هو كائن في القرن الثامن عشر ولا ما هو كائن أيضا في القرن التاسع عشر، فلكل منهما طابع معرفي يميزه عن الأخر رغم أن الغرض واحد وهو محاولة اخراج المسكوت عنه إلى العلن والبوح به بحرية تامة. Sexuality means the sum total of techniques that manage sexual life. Hence, sexuality had affected the system of knowledge or the system of truth that was prevalent in Western society, which was related to the system of power and the nature of its rules and laws. The relationship between sex and knowledge shows diversity and variation in Foucault discourse on sexuality. This is clearly reflected in the epistemic periods and the extent of the development of sexual relations and the attention given to them. What prevailed in the seventeenth century is not the same as what existed in the eighteenth century, nor is it the same as in the nineteenth century. Each period has its own epistemic character that distinguishes it from the others, despite having the same purpose : attempting to bring the unspoken into the open and express it with complete freedom.
