Abstract

Abstract: In light of the rapid technological development witnessed by the world today, electronic transactions have become an integral part of the daily lives of individuals and companies alike, as e-commerce platforms provide unprecedented opportunities for buying and selling across borders. With this tremendous growth, new challenges have emerged related to the protection of the electronic consumer who may be exposed to a set of risks and violations such as fraud or lack of transparency in contracts or leakage of personal data. Therefore, electronic arbitration has emerged as a promising solution to balance the interests of the parties in cyberspace and has emerged as a mechanism for resolving disputes arising from electronic transactions as an effective tool for settling disputes in a quick and flexible manner in light of the ineffectiveness and failure of regular arbitration to keep pace with the required speed, as electronic arbitration is characterized by its conduct via Specialized digital platforms without the need for physical presence of individuals, which makes it suitable for the nature of rapid transactions in the digital space in a safe and immediate manner and at the lowest costs.
