الملخص
يعتبر وقف المنافع أحد صيغ الوقف القديمة الحديثة، ذلك أنه كان معروفاً عند الفقهاء المتقدمين، واختلفوا في حكمه بين مجيز ومانع له، أما الجديد فيه فهو اتساع نطاقه ليشمل منافع لم تظهر إلا حديثاً، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مشروعية وقف المنافع وتطبيقاته المعاصرة، والذي يتضح من خلاله ترجيح القول بصحة وقف المنافع مستقلة عن أصلها. The endowment of benefits (waqf al-manafi') is considered one of the ancient yet modern forms of endowment. It was known to the early scholars, who differed in their opinions regarding its permissibility, with some permitting and others prohibiting it. What is new about this concept is its expanded scope to include benefits that have only recently emerged. The aim of this research is to clarify the legitimacy of the endowment of benefits and its contemporary applications, through which it becomes clear that the opinion supporting the validity of endowing the benefits independently of their original assets is more plausible..
