صحة النقل الشفويِّ دليلاً على موثوقية السنَّة - دراسة تأصيلية -

الملخص

ينظر هذا البحث في مدى إمكانية الاستثمار في مباحث أحد العلوم الإنسانية وهو "التاريخ الشفويّ"؛ للوصول إلى تقرير موثوقية الأحاديث النبوية وحجيتها إبستمولوجياً وفلسفياً، وهو مسلك مبتكر وغير مطروق لدى المشتغلين بتثبيت صحة الأحاديث، ممن جادتّه الاكتفاء بالأدلة السمعية المقررة لتلك الصحّة. وفكرة البحث قائمة على دراسة مذاهب القائلين بحجية "التاريخ الشفوي" وقدرته على منح معرفة تاريخية بشروطها الموضوعية، ثم توظيف مقولات أصحاب هذه المذاهب للقول بصحة وحجية الأحاديث النبوية باعتبارها كذلك "تاريخا" لحياة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، مع ملاحظة صرامة معايير "النقل" و"النقد" الذي تعرضت له الأحاديث والتي تميزها عن كل التواريخ التي عرفها البشر، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إمكانية هذا التوظيف وسلامته منهجيا وعلميا. الكلمات المفتاحية: التاريخ؛ السنة؛ الإبستمولوجيا؛ النقل؛ الأحاديث. Abstract : This research examines the potential of investing in a field within the humanities, namely "oral history," to assess the reliability and epistemological and philosophical validity of prophetic narrations (Hadith). This approach is innovative and unexplored among scholars dedicated to verifying the authenticity of Hadith, who have traditionally relied on established auditory evidence for such verification. The research is based on studying the doctrines of those who advocate for the validity of "oral history" and its capacity to provide historical knowledge under objective conditions. It then employs the principles of these doctrines to argue for the authenticity and validity of prophetic narrations, considering them as a form of "history" documenting the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research also highlights the rigorous standards of "transmission" and "criticism" applied to Hadith, which distinguish them from all other forms of history known to humanity.
