Abstract
من بين ما شهده العالم من التطورات البطاقاتُ المصرفية الحديثة ومن ذلك ما أصدره بريد الجزائر أعني البطاقة الذهبية، وهي بطاقة دفع إلكترونية، ولكثرة استعمال الناس لها وجب البحث عن أحكامها الفقهية والمسائل المتعلقة بها فكان هذا المقال الذي أشار إلى شيء من ذلك، فمن المسائل المذكورة هنا التكييف الفقهي لهذه البطاقة، وحكم هذه البطاقة، نقل الأموال أو سحبها أو تحويلها من عملة إلى أخرى عبر هذه البطاقة، استعمال هذه البطاقة في البيع والشراء. والنتيجة المتوصل إليها أنها تشبه أو تأخذ حكم بطاقة السحب من الرصيد، ويمكن أن تكون المعاملات المالية بها جائزة إذا التزمت أطرافها بأحكام الشريعة.
