الإمام البوني وتوظيفه للسياق في شرحه للحديث النبوي من خلال كتابه "تفسير الموطأ"

الملخص
تناول البحث تعريفا موجزا بالإمام البوني باعتباره علما جزائريا انتشر صيته وطبق شهرته الغرب الإسلامي كله بل تجاوزته إلى المشرق، وذلك بشرحه النفيس "تفسير الموطأ" الذي يعد من أقدم الشروح وأكثرها فائدة، ثم إبراز عناية الإمام البوني بتوظيف المنهج السياقي في شرح الحديث النبوي ودفع الإشكالات، وترجيح المعنى المناسب عند الاختلاف، مما يعد نموذجا جيدا احتفى به الشراح واحتذوا حذوه. Research summary The research included a brief definition of Imam al-Buni as an Algerian scholar whose fame spread throughout the Islamic West and even extended beyond it to the East, through his valuable commentary, “Tafsir al-Muwatta’,” which is considered one of the oldest and most useful commentaries. Then, it highlighted Imam al-Buni’s concern with employing the contextual approach in explaining the Prophetic hadith and removing problems, and preferring the appropriate meaning in the event of disagreement, which is considered a good model that commentators celebrated and followed.
