الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الفساد التي تعد من اهم أسباب اتساع عزلة الحكومة عن المواطنين وعدم تمثيلهم مع تزايد حجم المجتمعات. رغم أهمية التمثيل في رسم السياسات التي تهم المجتمع والمواطن إلا أنها لم ترقى إلى المستوى الفعلي الذي يصبوا إليه المواطنون نظرا للسلبيات السلوكية التي ترافق عملية التمثيل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عملية إرساء مبادئ وآليات الحكم الراشد يعد كضرورة استراتيجية لمكافحة الفساد والوقاية منه. This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of corruption, which is one of the most important reasons for the expansion of the government’s isolation from citizens and their lack of representation as the size of societies increases. Despite the importance of representation in formulating policies that concern society and citizens, it has not reached the actual level that citizens aspire to due to the negatives that accompany the representation process. The study concluded that the process of establishing principles and mechanisms of good governance is considered a strategic necessity to combat and prevent corruption
