مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق الامن الغذائي في الجزائر دراسة حالة : ملبنة شلالة -تيارت-

الملخص
يمثل الامن الغذائي من اهم التحديات التي تواجه العالم وخاصة الدول النامية و في طريق النمو .ومن القطاعات التي تراهن عليها هذه الدول القطاع الفلاحي لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي . تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى القاء الضوء في جزئها الاول عن واقع الامن الغذائي في الجزائر من حيث دراسة أداء أهم مؤشراته. في الجزء الثاني سلط الضوء على واقع ومقومات القطاع الفلاحي من دراسة تطور أهم منتجاته. أما الجزء الثالث قمنا بدراسة حالة ملبنة الشلالة المختصة في انتاج حليب الابقار ،ودورها في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في مقاطعة قصر الشلالة ،بتمويل محلي من مادة حليب الابقار من صغار الفلاحين و المستثمرين . توصلت الدراسة الى أن القطاع الفلاحي له امكانيات يمكن الاعتماد عليها لتحقيق الامن الغذائي بموارد محلية و الخروج من دائرة الاستيراد . وهذا ما أكدته دراستنا لملبنة الشلالة التي تعتبر نموذجا يمكن الاحتذاء به . Food security represents one of the most important challenges facing the world, especially developing countries that are on the path to growth. One of the sectors that these countries are betting on is the agricultural sector to achieve self-sufficiency. This research paper aims to shed light in its first part on the reality of food security in Algeria in terms of studying the performance of its most important indicators. In the second part, he shed light on the reality and components of the agricultural sector by studying the development of its most important products. In the third part, we studied the case of the Shalala dairy company, which specializes in the production of cow’s milk, and its role in achieving self-sufficiency in the Qasr El Shalala district, with funding from cow’s milk from local producers. The study concluded that the agricultural sector has potential that can be relied upon to achieve food security with local resources and get out of the import cycle. This is what our study of the Shalala Dairy Company in Tiaret concluded, which is considered a model that can be emulated.
