This article explores the evolving role of legal studies in shaping equitable and resilient social protection systems in the 21st century. Anchored in a rights-based perspective, it examines the normative development of social protection law, its interdisciplinary prospects, the implications of technological innovation, and the persistent structural challenges such as inequality, access to justice, and institutional fragmentation. The study also analyzes the critical influence of legal education and scholarly engagement in advancing policy reform and judicial enforcement. Drawing on international frameworks, case law, and comparative legal analysis, the article argues for a multidimensional transformation of legal education and practice to ensure that social protection is universally accessible, inclusive, and legally enforceable.
