أثر جودة المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بالمسيلة

ملخص: يساهم قطاع الصناعة بشكل فعال في تنشيط الحياة الاقتصادية ، حيث تشهد بيئة الاقتصاد الوطني والصناعي تطورات وتحولات تكنولوجية سريعة ، مما يستوجب على المؤسسات اليوم التأقلم ومسايرة هذه التطورات والتحولات من أجل البقاء في السوق وتحقيق أهدافها (الربح ، الاستمرارية ، وكذا منافسة القطاع الخاص ...، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا من خلال إدارة وجيهة توفر المعلومات بالجودة المطلوبة لتقديمها لموظفي المؤسسات لمساعدتهم على وضع الاستراتيجيات و إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم جودة المعلومات وأبعادها (البعد الزمني ، بعد المحتوى ، البعد الشكلي )وأثر هذه الأبعاد في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال مؤسسة تعاونية الحبوب لولاية المسيلة ، حيث تم أخذ 66 عامل من أجل قياس أثر جودة المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة المعلومات بأبعادها الثلاث في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي مع اقتراح التنسيق بين مختلف عاملي الأقسام الخاصة بالمؤسسة والقادة لتبادل الأفكار ونقلها لفهم وجهات نظر مرؤوسيهم بسرعة : Abstract The industrial sector contributes effectively to revitalizing economic life, as the national and industrial economy environment witnesses rapid technological developments and transformations, Which requires institutions today to adapt and keep pace with these developments and transformations in order to survive in the market and achieve their goals (profit, continuity, as well as competition with the private sector...), and this can only be achieved through sound management that provides information with the required quality to be presented to the institutions’ employees to help them develop strategies. This study aimed to identify the concept of information quality and its dimensions (time dimension, content dimension, formal dimension) The industrial sector actively contributes to the revitalization of economic life, as the national and industrial economic environment experiences rapid technological developments and transformations, which require today's enterprises to adapt and keep pace with these developments and transformations in order to survive in the market and achieve their objectives. (Profit, continuity, as well as competition of the private sector..., this can only be done through a good management that provides information of the quality required to provide it to the employees of the institutions to help them develop strategies and make appropriate decisions. This study aimed at identifying the concept of quality and dimensions of information (Time dimension, after content, formal dimension) and the impact of these dimensions on improving the functioning of grain cooperative workers of the liquefied state in which 66 factors were taken to measure the impact of information quality on the improvement of the organization's functioning, The study found a statistically significant impact on the quality of information in its three dimensions in improving functioning, while suggesting coordination between the various workers of the institution's sections and leaders to exchange and convey ideas to understand their subordinates' views quickly.
