تحليل واقع قطاع الصيد البحري ومساهمته في الاقتصاد الجزائري Analysis Of The Reality Of The Fishing Sector And Its Contribution To The Algerian Economy

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية قطاع الصيد البحري في الجزائر، من خلال تسليط الضوء على وضعية القطاع، وتحليل بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية التي تقيس مدى مساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإنتاج السمكي في الجزائر لم يرق إلى الأداء الذي يؤهله لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والنمو الاقتصادي المنشودين، حيث تجلى ذلك من خلال المساهمة الضعيفة لقطاع الصيد البحري في الناتج المحلي رغم الإمكانات المسخرة. كما بينت الدراسة المساعي الحثيثة لأصحاب القرار في تحقيق نسب تشغيل مرتفعة في القطاع إلا أن ذلك لم يساهم في تحسين الإنتاجية، وقد توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن الميزان التجاري عانى ولا زال يعاني من عجز كبير سببه تزايد الطلب على الموارد السمكية, This study aims to highlight the importance of the fishing sector in Algeria, by highlighting the situation of the sector, and analyze some economic indicators that measure the extent of its contribution to the Algerian economy. The study concluded that fish production in Algeria did not meet the desired performance that qualifies it to achieve food security and economic growth disired, this was demonstrated by the weak contribution of the fishing sector to the GDP Despite the harnessed potential. The study also showed that diligents pursuits of decision makers to achieve high employment rates in the sector however, this did not contribute to improving productivity, the study also found that the trade balance has suffered and still suffers from a significant deficit caused by the growing demand for fisheries resources.
