الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تحديث نظام الاعتماد المستندي لدعم وتطوير التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر. في ظل التطورات المتسارعة في مجال التكنولوجيا، يواجه نظام الاعتماد المستندي التقليدي تحديات كبيرة تتعلق بالكفاءة والسرعة والأمان. تركز الدراسة على تحليل كيفية استخدام الأدوات التكنولوجية المالية لتحسين هذه الجوانب، مع الاستفادة من التجارب الدولية الناجحة. كما تتناول الدراسة التحديات القانونية والتنظيمية التي قد تواجه تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر، وتقترح حلولاً لتعزيز تكاملها في النظام المالي الجزائري. من خلال هذه الدراسة، يُتوقع أن يساهم تحديث نظام الاعتماد المستندي في زيادة فعالية التجارة الخارجية وتقليل التكاليف والمخاطر المرتبطة بالمعاملات التجارية، مما يعزز من قدرة الجزائر على التنافس في السوق العالمية. وختامًا، تقدم الدراسة توصيات عملية لدعم عملية التحديث وضمان تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية بشكل فعال ومستدام. The study aims to explore the role of financial technology in modernizing the letter of credit system to support and develop foreign trade in Algeria. Amid rapid technological advancements, the traditional letter of credit system faces significant challenges related to efficiency, speed, and security. The study focuses on analyzing how financial technology tools can be utilized to improve these aspects, drawing on successful international experiences. It also addresses the legal and regulatory challenges that may arise in the application of financial technology in Algeria and proposes solutions to enhance its integration into the Algerian financial system. The study anticipates that modernizing the letter of credit system will increase the effectiveness of foreign trade and reduce costs and risks associated with commercial transactions, thereby enhancing Algeria's competitiveness in the global market. Finally, the study offers practical recommendations to support the modernization process and ensure the effective and sustainable application of financial technology.
