محددات الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2021)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل المحددات الرئيسية التي تؤثر على الصادرات الزراعية الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2000 – 2021)، مع التركيز على دور الناتج المحلي الزراعي وسعر الصرف و ذلك باستخدام منهج وصفي وتحليلي، تم تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد لتقييم العلاقة بين المتغيرات والصادرات الزراعية. أظهرت النتائج أن الناتج المحلي الزراعي وسعر الصرف لهما تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي على الصادرات الزراعية، حيث أن زيادة الناتج المحلي الزراعي وسعر الصرف يؤديان إلى زيادة حجم الصادرات. هذا في حين، يواجه القطاع الزراعي الجزائري تحديات هيكلية و لوجستية وتنظيمية تعيق نموه، مثل ندرة المياه، وضعف البنية التحتية، والإجراءات البيروقراطية المعقدة. توصي الدراسة بزيادة الاستثمار في البنية التحتية،توفير الدعم المالي و الفني للفلاحين، تبسيط الإجراءات البيروقراطية، تعزيز البحث والتطوير و استخدام التكنولوجيا، وتنويع المنتجات الزراعية لتحسين القدرة التنافسية للصادرات الزراعية الجزائرية في الأسواق الدولية. This study aims to analyze the main determinants affecting Algerian agricultural exports from 2000 to 2021, focusing on the role of agricultural GDP and exchange rate. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, a multiple linear regression model was applied to assess the relationship between these variables and agricultural exports. The results showed that agricultural GDP and exchange rate have a positive and significant impact on agricultural exports, as an increase in agricultural GDP and exchange rates leads to an increase in export volumes. However, the Algerian agricultural sector faces structural, logistical, and regulatory challenges that hinder its growth, such as water scarcity, weak infrastructure, and complex bureaucratic procedures. The study recommends increasing investment in infrastructure, simplifying bureaucratic procedures, enhancing research and development, and diversifying agricultural products to improve the competitiveness of Algerian agricultural exports in international markets.
