The objective of this work is to understand and analyze the behavior of health personnel during the Covid-19 health crisis, which has spread in Tunisia since March 2020, in order to use resilience as a key capability to explain this behavior. If resilience, as a skill, has been highlighted in the field of entrepreneurship, the originality of this work consists in presenting it as a distinctive skill of the health profession which can be useful at all stages of the professional evolution and source of individual value creation. To do this, we followed a qualitative study carried out by fourty health professionals, belonging to Tunisian hospitals, and made it possible to explore the key skills related to resilience. Value creation in terms of personal fulfilment, professional performance and well-being, was inferred from this analysis.
