E-administration In Algeria: Challenges And Opportunities

Abstract
E-administration in Algeria represents a revolution in the management of public services. It aims to modernize the administration, improve efficiency and strengthen transparency. The "Digital Algeria 2025" program marks a significant step towards this digital transformation. However, challenges persist. The purpose of this study is to analyze these specific challenges that Algeria faces in the implementation of e-administration, while highlighting the existing opportunities that allow to modernize public services, improve administrative efficiency and promote citizen participation. This digital transition has the potential to positively transform the relationship between the State and citizens in Algeria, paving the way for a more modern and accessible administration. To carry out our study, we used books, articles and reviews on the one hand, and statistics relating to the digital sector in Algeria on the other.
