الملخص: تُعتبر جريدة الشُّعلة من أبرز الجرائد الوطنية التي ظهرت في الجزائر مع نهاية سنة 1949م في توجُّه سياسي جديد جَمعت بين الكفاح والانتقاد؛ انتقاد الشخصيات السياسية والنيابية الموالية للإدارة الاستعمارية في الجزائر، وكفاح الاستعمار وفضح سياسته الممارَسة في حق الأمة الجزائرية، كما كانت صوتا للمظلومين اجتماعيا من البؤساء والفقراء والمرضى. إضافة إلى اهتمامها بمواضيع اجتماعية وثقافية مختلفة؛ تصب كلها في سبيل فضح وكشف أذناب الاستعمار والموالين له؛ خاصة أولئك الذين اعتلوا مناصب سياسية كالنواب ورؤساء البلديات. من جهة أخرى تطرقت الشعلة في بعض أعدادها لقضايا عالمية؛ خاصة قضايا العالم العربي والإسلامي. وقد ارتأينا في دراستنا هذه أن نسلط الضوء على القضايا السياسية التي تناولتها جريدة الشعلة؛ خاصة وأن الظرف الذي صدرت فيه كان مليئا بالأحداث السياسية. فما هي أهم القضايا السياسية التي تناولتها جريدة الشعلة خلال فترة صدورها؟ وما مواقفها السياسية اتجاه الإصلاحات الفرنسية كدستور الجزائر. وأُطروحة السّاسة الفرنسيين: "الجزائر فرنسية". Abstract: The newspaper “Choala” is one of the most prominent national newspapers that appeared in Algeria at the end of 1949 in a new political orientation that combined struggle and criticism, the criticism of political and parliamentary figures loyal to the colonial administration in Algeria, the struggle of colonialism and together with exposing its policy practiced against the Algerian nation, as it was undeniably a voice for the socially oppressed of the poor, the poor and the sick. In addition to its interest in various social and cultural topics, they are all aimed at exposing and disclosing the culprits of colonialism and its loyalists, in particular those who occupied political positions, such as deputies and mayors. Nevertheless, in some of its issues, the newspaper “Choala” addressed global issues, mainly those of the Arab and Islamic world. More to the point, we sought in this study to shed light on the political issues dealt with by the newspaper “Choala”, particularly since the circumstance in which it was published was full of political events. In light of which, what are the most important political issues addressed by the newspaper “Choala” during its issuance? What are its political positions towards French reforms such as the Algerian Constitution and the thesis of French politicians: “Algeria is French”.
