The Extent Of The Contribution Of Private Educational Institutions To The Educational System In The City Of Djelfa

Abstract
Abstract: Educational facilities are among the most widespread establishments in Algerian cities. They play a crucial role in urban life and are in high demand from residents. As the urban population continues to grow, the need for such amenities has increased, leading to overcrowding and a crisis in educational services within cities. Djelfa , one of the Algerian cities experiencing significant population growth and urban expansion, has faced a severe shortage of public education services. This has contributed to the rise of private educational institutions in recent years. The city has seen the opening of six private educational institutions, which are considered a valuable addition to its education sector. Although still in its early stages, private education plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education and complementing the public education sector. However, it has only minimally eased the pressure on public institutions due to the high costs, which are incompatible with the financial situation of the majority of residents. الملخص : تعتبر التجهيزات التعليمية من التجهيزات الاكثر انتشارا داخل المدينة الجزائرية ، ولها دورا مهما في المدينة ومطلبا ملحا من الساكنة ، ومع تضاعف عدد سكان المدن زاد الطلب اكثر عليها وهو ما خلف اكتظاظا و ازمة تجهيزات تعليمية داخل المدن، ومدينة الجلفة من المدن الجزائرية التي تعرف زيادة سكانية وتوسعا عمرانيا كبيرين ، وما نتج عنه من نقص كبير في الخدمات التعليمية العامة ، مما ساهم في ظهور المؤسسات التعليمية الخاصة في السنوات الاخيرة ، حيث افتتحت 06 مؤسسات تعليمية خاصة في المدينة ، والتي تعتبر اضافة جيدة وفي قتها لقطاع التعليم بالمدينة ، بالرغم من ان هذا النوع من التعليم لا يزال في بداياته فهي تلعب دورًا محوريًا في تعزيز جودة التعليم وتحقيق التكامل مع النظام التعليمي العمومي ، الا انها لا تسهم الا بالقليل في تخفيف الضغط على مؤسسات التعليم العام ، بسبب التكاليف المرتفعة والتي لا تتناسب والمداخيل المالية لغالبية سكان المدينة.
