قراءة تحليلية في مخطوط قرة العين في الجمع البين يحي الشاوي الجزائري.

الملخص
يُعَرّف هذا المقال بالجهود العلمية للشيخ يحي الشاوي الملياني الذي يُعَدّ من أبرز علماء الجزائر في القرن:11ه/17م، الذي أقام في المشرق مدرسا بالجامع الأزهر، وفي دمشق، وجلس للمناظرة أمام السلطان العثماني مراد الرابع وحاشيته فأدهش الحاضرين بعلمه وقوة بيانه. لقد كان للشيخ يحي الشاوي مشاركات عديدة في علوم مختلفة لعل من أبرزها علم الكلام الذي برع فيه، وهو ما يبدو من خلال دراسة مخطوطه الموسوم بــــ " قرة العين في الجمع البين " الذي حاول فيه التوفيق والجمع بين مذهبين ينتميان إلى الدائرة السنية هما: الأشعرية والماتريدية والذي اتبع فيه عدة مسالك من أجل تحقيق هذه الغاية معتبرا أن الخلاف بينهما لا يتجاوز أن يكون إلا خلافا لفظيا، وليس خلافا معنويا، ومنطلقا من قاعدة: " وحدة الحقيقة "، وهي من أهم ما امتاز به الدرس العقدي المغربي منذ الإمام السنوسي، وهكذا يصنع يحي الشاوي توجّه جديد لعلم الكلام يتسم بوحدة الحقيقة دافعا إيّاه إلى حدوده المعرفية، وذلك عن طريق احتواء الكلام الماتريدي داخل النسق الكلامي الأشعري. Abstract: This article introduces the scientific efforts of Yahya Al-Shawi, who is considered one of the most prominent scholars in Algeria in the 11th century AH/17AD. He resided in the East as a teacher at Al-Azhar Mosque and in Damascus. He sat for a debate before the Ottoman Sultan Murad IV and his entourage, astonishing those present with his knowledge and the power of his statement. Yahya Al-Shawi was involved in some sciences, including the science of theology, in which the man excelled. This is evident through our study of the manuscript, “The Apple of the Eye in Al-Jum’ Al-Bain,” in which Yahya Al-Shawi tried to reconcile - combine - two doctrines belonging to the Sunni circle: the Ash’arism and the Maturidism, in which he followed several paths in order to achieve this goal, considering that the dispute between them is no more than a verbal disagreement and not a moral disagreement, and based on the principle: “unity of truth,” which is one of the most important features that has characterized the Moroccan doctrinal study since Imam al-Senussi. Thus, Yahya al-Shawi creates a new approach to the science of theology characterized by With the unity of truth, pushing it to its cognitive peak, by including the Maturidite speech within the Ash’arite theological system.
