A sample of one hundred and sixty-two (162) biology students was selected using random sampling technique. Questionnaire for students was Utilization of Biology Laboratory Facilities (UBLF) and Bio achievement Test was also used as instrument for data collection. The instruments were validated by a professor in the Department of Education in Bayero University Kano, and secondary school Biology teachers. Cronbach Alpha Coefficient was used to determine its reliability in which the coefficient of 0.79 was obtained. To answer the research question, percentages were used. And to test the hypothesis, T-test statistical technique was employed. The hypothesis was subjected to testing at 0.05 level of significance. It was revealed that there is a significant impact between utilization of laboratory equipment and senior secondary school students’ academic achievement in biology in Gombe State.
