Abstract
Abstract: Technological development is among the most important topics emerging strongly within financial institutions across their various departments. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are being used to enhance financial inclusion, which has long been a challenging goal for governments in both developed and developing countries. The study presents the various experiences of Arab countries that rely on AI in their financial institutions to provide services to their customers, showcasing the achievements made through AI adoption. The study concludes that AI has effectively contributed to making financial services more accessible, thereby achieving financial inclusion.
