Strengthening The Role Of The Judiciary To Protect The Child In Law 24-01.

Abstract
Summary: This search attempts to address the suffering of children in custody and divorced women in obtaining alimony awarded in their favor by the court, especially when it is impossible for the person obligated to collect it due to his refusal, inability, or lack of knowledge of his place of residence. This is done byactivating the role of the judiciary in the new amendment to the alimony fund 24-01 and giving the prosecution its real role in protecting the child in custody and achieving legislative harmony with the Family Law.
