Abstract
Modern management can no longer be dissociated from the principles of sustainable development, which must be integrated from the early stages of designing an entrepreneurial project. An early and structured approach to sustainable management not only ensures greater resilience for businesses in the face of economic, social, and environmental challenges but also promotes more balanced and responsible growth. The survey conducted among young Algerian entrepreneurs reveals a generally satisfactory understanding of sustainable management principles. However, it also highlights the need to strengthen their awareness and training in sustainable management.
