With the rise of quality standards, the strengthening of regulations, and increasing consumer expectations, companies are in search of quality managers capable of ensuring compliance and optimizing processes. In this context, the demand for qualified professionals in this field continues to grow. However, university programs often struggle to provide adequate training that meets the specific requirements of the sector. This article provides an overview of the training of Quality Management Officers (RMQ) in Algerian universities and offers recommendations aimed at creating synergy between this growing demand and the educational offerings of academic institutions.
