الملخص
: تعتبر الحياة الاجتماعية ) الاسرية ( هي الصورة الحقيقية للمجتمع ذاته حيث تكون هذه الحياة محصلة تضافر عوامل اقتصادية و تربوية و دينية و اجتماعية لذلك المجتمع لذلك كان من الأهمية الكرى دراسة هذه العوامل عند دراسة اية حياة اجتماعية سواء أكانت خاصة بالزواج او الطلاق.ان دراسة الطلاق و أسبابه ليست دراسة حديثة فقد تناولها العديد من علماء الاجتماع و كل ادلى بدلوه، و كانت أسبابها تتعلق بالبيئة او الزمن الذي أجريت فيه الدراسة و منها ما يعود الى الزوج و الزوجة لكن اليوم بحكم ان نمط الاسرة الحديث الذي يقوم أولا على مبدأ اختيار الزوجة و ثانيا على السكن المستقل و ثالثا على عمل المرأة من جراء اقبالها على الدراسات العليا و انفتاح الزوجين...، هي من العوامل المؤثرة على الزواج و استمراريته هذا اذا اضفنا الى هذه العوامل الفوارق الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و الثقافية و غيرها من حالات التوتر التي تلحق بمحيط الاسرة و التي تنتهي على حساب "حياة الاسرة" أي تفككها نحلالها اما جزئيا ) انفصال او هجر( او كليا بالطلاق، و بهذا نستنبط السؤال المنهجي الذي مؤداه: ما هي أسباب الطلاق؟ و ماهي آثاره و انعكاساته على الاسرة؟ Social life, particularly family life, is considered the true reflection of society itself, as it is the result of the interplay of various economic, educational, religious, and social factors within that society. Therefore, it is crucial to study these factors when examining any aspect of social life, whether it pertains to marriage or divorce.The study of divorce and its causes is not a recent endeavor; many sociologists have addressed the topic, each offering their perspective. The reasons they identified were often tied to the environment or the time in which the study was conducted and could be attributed to either the husband or the wife. Today, however, the modern family structure—based first on the principle of choosing a spouse, second on independent housing, and third on the woman’s employment resulting from her pursuit of higher education and the openness between spouses—has become one of the factors influencing marriage and its sustainability, we find that they often lead to the breakdown or dissolution of family life—either partially (separation or abandonment) or fully (divorce). This brings us to the central methodological question: What are the causes of divorce? And what are its effects and repercussions on the family?
