الملخص
ملخص: يعد موضوع المشاركة السياسية إحدى الإشكاليات المهمة في المجتمعات النامية، ومنها المجتمع الجزائري الذي يشهد ظروف التحولات السياسية، فهو يمر بمحاولات تحديد أطر اجتماعية لتحقيق أهداف الحراك الشعبي، وتوفير قنوات المشاركة في الحياة العامة، والتعبير عن الرأي بشكل حر وديمقراطي لكل فئات المجتمع النشطة، وخاصة فئة الشباب، وذلك في ظل انتشار استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في الجزائر وذلك لما تتميز به من سمات، الأمر الذي جعل منها وسيلة منافسة إن لم نقل بديلة لوسائل الإعلام التقليدية. فهذه الشبكات أصبحت مصدر لمعلوماتهم السياسية ووسيلة تساهم في تشكيل اتجاهاتهم السياسية، بالإضافة إلى أنها أصبحت تمثل فضاءًا للممارسة أنشطتهم السياسية. Abstract: The issue of political participation is one of the important problems of developing societies, including Algerian society which knows the conditions of political transformations and which goes through attempts to define social frameworks to achieve the objectives of popular ELhirak. and for provide channels for participation in public life and free and democratic expression for all active groups in society, especially the youth group, and all this during the dissemination phase of the use of social networks in Algeria, because of its characteristics, which have made it a competitive medium, if not an alternative, to traditional media. These networks have become a source of their political information and a means that contributes to the formation of their political attitudes, in addition to that, they have become a space for the exercise of their political activities.
