العوامل الاجتماعية، الجغرافية (الطبيعية) و مدى تأثيرها على ظاهرة الاجرام

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى محاولة تسليط الضوء على العوامل الاجتماعية و الجغرافية(الطبيعية) التي تلعب دوراً حاسماً في تأثيرها على الظاهرة الإجرامية، ومن العوامل الاجتماعية التي تأثر في الظاهرة الإجرامية هي بيئة الأسرة، والوسط التعليمي المتمثل في عدم كفاءة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى العوامل الخاصة بالبيئة المهنية، أما العوامل الجغرافية (الطبيعية) المهيئة للجريمة تشمل العوامل المناخية المتمثلة في جملة عوامل الحرارة تقلبات الطقس، بالإضافة إلى العامل الطبوغرافي الذي يؤثر بشكل كبير على الظاهرة الاجرامية نظرا للعلاقة المرتبطة بين الموقع والكثافة السكانية والثروة. Through this study, we aim to try to shed light on the social and geographical (natural) factors that play a decisive role in their impact on the criminal phenomenon , Among the social factors that influence the criminal phenomenon are the family environment, the educational environment represented by inefficient education, in addition to factors specific to the professional environment, As for the geographical (natural) factors that predispose to crime, they include climatic factors represented by temperature factors and weather fluctuations, in addition to the topographical factor that greatly affects the criminal phenomenon due to the linked relationship between location, population density and wealth.
