Abstract
Abstract: Information crime is one of the most widespread topics at the international and regional levels From this paper, we will attempt to identify the concept of this crime, both by defining its definition and by describing its characteristics from conventional crimes, attempting to showcase international Cooperation against it requires a multifaceted approach that requires updating. legislation and strengthening security and political cooperation. and legal cooperation between states in order to ensure the effectiveness of such cooperation, given the emergence of problems and obstacles that the international community must confront, by adopting an approach consistent with changing technological variables.
