Algeria's Legal And Institutional Framework For The Business Climate 1990-2020

Abstract
Through this paper, we have tried to evaluate the business climate in Algeria by highlighting the efforts made to provide an appropriate investment environment by identifying the extent to which the legal and institutional framework has contributed. We have concluded that despite all the efforts made, Algeria's economy still has negative characteristics affecting its attractiveness to investment. This is evident from Algeria's ranking in various qualitative and quantitative indicators of the business climate during the period 1990-2020.
