واقع عمل المرأة في النشاط الزراعي بالجزائر

الملخص

خروج المرأة للعمل ليس ظاهرةً جديدةً في المجتمع، إلا أنها استطاعت بجهودها "أن تتصل" بالمجتمع الكبير من خلال العمل في مختلف القطاعات. وبالرغم من الدور المزدوج الذي تؤديه (دور الأم المربية ودور العاملة المتحمِّلة لمسؤولية العمل في الميدان)، نجد المرأة في "المجال الزراعي" تُواجِه الصعابَ والمشكلات التي تتحمَّلها، وتَبقى صامدةً من أجل تحقيق رغباتها الشخصية والمجتمعية. فهي تشارك الرجلَ في جميع الأنشطة الزراعية، ويتركَّز دورها خصوصًا على العمليات اليدوية الأكثر صعوبةً، مثل؛ قَلْعِ الأعشاب الضارة، وجني الثمار، وفرز التمور، والاعتناء بالماشية من حيث تغذيتها وحلابتها ورعاية مواليدها. كل هذه الأعمال تُضاف إلى قيامها بالأعمال المنزلية يوميًّا، والتي لا تقل أهميةً عن الأعمال الزراعية. Women's entry into the workforce is not a new phenomenon in society; however, through their efforts, they have managed to connect with the larger community by working in various sectors. Despite the dual role they perform—the role of the nurturing mother and that of the worker bearing the responsibility of field work—women in the agricultural sector face hardships and challenges that they endure, remaining steadfast in their pursuit of personal and societal aspirations. They participate alongside men in all agricultural activities, with their role particularly concentrated on the most arduous manual tasks, such as uprooting weeds, harvesting fruits, sorting dates, and caring for livestock in terms of their nutrition, milking, and rearing of their young. All these responsibilities are in addition to their daily household duties, which are no less significant than the agricultural work.
