Abstract
The article aims to shed light on the role of both the Customs Law and the new Investment Law in encouraging investment in free zones after their re-dedication under Law No. 22-15, and the relationship of the latter to strengthening international relations and contributing to raising the movement of internal and external trade. The article also aims to discuss Executive Decree No. 24-168 specifying the methods for granting the concession to manage free zones as one of the most important outcomes of the implementation of the Free Zones Law, and the results of its activation in establishing the "Tindouf" Free Trade Zone, in addition to discussing the content of Chapter Seven bis created by the Finance Law for the year 2025 amending the Customs Law on free zones
