الملخص
تبحث هذه الدّراسة الموسومة 'بحضور الصّحراء وتمظهرات التّراث الثّقافي الصّحراوي المادّي واللّامادي في رواية "ما تشتهيه الرّوح" في الأبعاد الرّمزيّة للصّحراء وتكشف عن التمظهرات التّراثيّة فيها، حيثُ تجلّت على مستويين: 'حسن' وما كان يقوم به عندما غلبته نفسه وتتبّع شهواتها، ومن جهة أخرى استحضرتها الحاجة 'نعيمة' بطريقة الشّوق لما كانت تحكيه لها جدّتها عن مسقط رأسها من عادات وموروث ثقافي، فبين الماضي الجميل للصّحراء والحاضر المتغيّر تتجلّى تيمة التّناقض في المكان بين القداسة والتّدنيس، وتبرز لنا طبائع الشّخصيات ومصائرها بتطوّر الأحداث ، وتغيّر طريقة تفكير شخصيّة "حسن" بفضل المرأة "إسلام" وانتقاله من عالم مدنّس وضيع إلى رفعة الأخلاق. This study, titled « Exploring the Sahara : Unveiling Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage in Abderrachid Hemici’s Novel Ma Tachtahih E’Rouh, » delves into the symbolic layers of the desert while uncovering the rich cultural heritage embedded in the novel. Through the lives of two contrasting characters, we have « Hasan, » whose actions—propelled by his carnal desires—reveal one facet of this cultural heritage ; and « Naima » who rekindles this heritage with a nostalgic yearning, echoing the tales her grandmother once told her about the customs and cultural heritage of her native land. Set against the backdrop of the desert’s idyllic past and its ever-shifting present, the novel highlights a tension reverence and irreverence. As the plot unravels, the characters’ true natures and destinies come to light, notably in the transformation of « Hasan. » Guided by the influence of « Islam, » a female character, he journeys from a realm of corruption and degradation to one of moral restoration and elevation.
