صعوبات توظيف الوسائل التعليمية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في فلسطين

الملخص

هَدَفَ البحث الحالي الى التعرف على صعوبات توظيف الوسائل التعليمية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في فلسطين. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (60) معلماً ومعلمةً تم اختيارهم باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية. وقامت الباحثة ببناء أداة قياس ألا وهي الاستبانة، وتم إيجاد صدق الأداة وثبات الأداة وبلغ معامل الثبات الكلي 0.790، توصل البحث إلى النتائج الأتية: إن صعوبات استخدام الوسائل التعليمية التي يواجهها معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا كانت بدرجة متوسطة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح البكالوريوس، وصت الباحثة بإعطاء المعلمين والمعلمات الكثير من الدورات التدريبية القائمة على توظيف الوسائل التعليمية في العملية التعليمية. تقليل أعداد المتعلمين في الصف الدراسي الواحد. تزويد المدارس بالطابعات وماكنات التصوير والأدوات والمواد اللازمة لصناعة العديد من الوسائل التعليمية وخاصة الأدوات والأجهزة المكلفة مادية. تركيب شاشات عرض وأجهزة LCD في جميع الغرف الصفية في المدارس وغيرها. The current research aimed to identify the difficulties of employing educational media among upper primary school teachers in Palestine. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female teachers who were selected using a stratified random sample. The researcher constructed a measurement tool, which is the questionnaire, and the validity and reliability of the tool were found, and the overall reliability coefficient was 0.790. The research reached the following results: The difficulties of using educational media faced by upper primary school teachers were moderate. There are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable and years of experience. There are statistically significant differences according to the academic qualification variable in favor of the bachelor's degree. The researcher recommended giving teachers many training courses based on employing educational media in the educational process. Reducing the number of learners in one classroom. Providing schools with printers, photocopiers, tools and materials necessary to manufacture many educational media, especially expensive tools and devices. Installing display screens and LCD devices in all classrooms in schools, etc.
