الملخص

للأخلاقيات دوراً في بناء بيئة تعليمية صحية وفعالة، كما لها تأثير على جودة التعليم وتجربة المتعلم والمعلمين على حد سواء، فجاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لمعالجة إشكالية ديونتولوجيا مهنة التعليم بالجزائر من خلال قراءة في محتوى ميثاق أخلاقيات قطاع التربية، بهدف فهم ما يحتويه من معايير منظمة للنشاط التربوي، وضابطة لعلاقات أعضاء الجماعة التربوية. اعتمدت الورقة البحثيّة على المنهج الوصفي وتقنية التحليل الوثائقي، وتوصلت إلى أن الميثاق يحوي الكثير من الموجهات السلوكية للممارسة التربوية ويحمل صفة المسؤولية الاخلاقية لا المسؤولية القانونية للفاعلين التربويين. وتضمنت الورقة البحثية جزءا مفاهيميا لمفردات البحث، وجزءا تحليليا لميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة. Ethics play a role in building a healthy and effective educational environment and have an impact on the quality of education and the experience of learners and educators alike. This research paper addresses the issue of deontology in the teaching profession in Algeria through an examination of the content of the Code of Ethics in the education sector. The aim was to understand its organized standards for educational activities and its guidelines for relationships within the educational community. The research paper adopted a descriptive methodology and documentary analysis technique, concluding that the Code contains numerous behavioral guidelines for educational practice and emphasizes ethical responsibility rather than legal accountability for educational practitioners. The paper included a conceptual section defining research terminology and an analytical section focusing on the Code of Ethics for the profession.
