دراسة تداولية لترجمة أسلوب الاستفهام في آيات الأحكام

الملخص

يتناول هذا المقال بالتحليل والمقارنة ثلاث ترجمات إنجليزية لآيات من القرآن الكريم جاءت بأسلوب الاستفهام وتضمنت أحكاما شرعية بالأمر والنهي في العقيدة والأخلاق والأعمال. يهدف المقال إلى تقييم ترجمة هذه الآيات من منظور وظيفي تداولي والوقوف على ما يحل بمختلف مستويات المعنى بفعل الترجمة ومدى تأثر المستوى التداولي خصوصا في نص الترجمة. يخلص المقال إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن ترجمات تلك الآيات تحقق قدرا مرضيا من الوظيفية بإفادتها الأمر والنهي بصيغ مختلفة كالندب والتحضيض والتوبيخ دون التصرف في أسلوب الاستفهام الذي وردت به في الوحي. تفضي الدراسة كذلك إلى شفافية المعنى التداولي والتماسه في الترجمة كطبقة من المعنى تلي الاستفهام الظاهر في بنية الكلام. أما معاني الأمر والنهي فلا يؤمل كثيرا إدراكها من القارئ العادي للأصل فضلا عن قارئ الترجمة وذلك لأن استنباط الحكم الشرعي بالأمر أو النهي إنما يقع ضمن اختصاص الفقيه المستعين بالبلاغة في استنباط مختلف الأحكام. This article analyses and compares three English translations of interrogative Quran verses expressing legal rulings on belief, ethics, and deeds. The article aims to evaluate the translation of these verses from a functional and pragmatic perspective and to examine the impact of translating on various levels of meaning especially the pragmatic level. The translations meet a satisfactory degree of functionality by expressing command and prohibition in various forms, such as recommendation, exhortation and rebuke, without altering the original interrogative form. The reader of the translation understands the pragmatic layer of meaning that follows the apparent question in the structure of speech. As for grasping the meanings of command and prohibition, little is expected from ordinary readers, because deducing the legal ruling of command or prohibition falls within the specialty of the religious jurist who resorts to rhetoric in deducing various rulings from the verses.
